Return & Refund Policy
1. Easy Returns
- You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns are processed within 7 to 10 days. Refunds will follow upon approval.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Product must be in original packaging.
- All labels, tags, and seals must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Items must not be perishable or consumable after opening (if applicable).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or altered.
- Items with signs of use, damage, or missing parts (not due to our error).
- Perishable or consumable goods once opened.

5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
- For returns due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), return shipping will be your responsibility.
6. Refunds
- We will inspect the returned item(s) upon receipt.
- You will be notified whether the refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
7. Damaged / Defective Products
- Inspect your items upon delivery.
- If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after approval, first check your bank or credit card account.
- Then contact your bank/card issuer, as processing times can vary.
